but i know what makes me respect my leaders !
and when i respect my leaders ,
I KNOW THAT HE IS A GREAT ONE (:
i believe that leaders should always get advice from their fellow subordinates
and NOT JUST THEIR LEADERS !
who are already corrupted in the first place
and of cause the most important point

always think others before self !
others meaning those who work hard for u !
and not those who are there to tell u what u have to do !
